Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests:
Cancellation must be submitted via the same platform where the reservation was made or directly via email (ICGrier@yahoo.com)
Refund Rules:

Full Refund
If the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in, they will receive 100% refund of the total cost of the reservation.

Partial Refund
If the guest cancels between 7-14 days before check-in, they will receive 50% refund of the total cost of the reservation.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will receive 25% refund of the total cost of the reservation.

No Refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

Special Circumstances
In the case of unforeseen emergencies, (natural disasters, medical issues, etc.), guests may contact us for consideration of a special exception. Proof of emergency may be required.

Early Departure
No refunds will be issued if guests choose to depart earlier than their original check-out date.

Modification of Reservation
Guests may modify their reservation (dates, number of guests, etc.) up to 7 days before check-in without any fees, subject to availability.
Modifications within 7 days of check-in may incur additional fees or be treated as a cancellation, depending on availability.
